Eclipse also utilizes our Pipeline Compliance Tracker tool for project work. This is an excellent electronic tool proprietary to Eclipse that allows for the capture and comparison of “Licensed For” vs. “Actual” pipeline & facility compliance data. Based on the capture of all the critical data, we can query our system to create a spreadsheet showing Deficiencies, as well as the ability to suggest Corrective Action Required.
