Directive 56 – Energy Development Applications and Schedules
 Directive 56 provides details with respect to Development Applications in Alberta. Sections include Participant Involvement, Energy Development Licence Applications, Application Audit Process, Facility Licence Applications, Pipeline Licence Applications and Well Licence Applications. Directive 56 includes the necessary forms, schedules and procedures. Eclipse is completely up to date on Directive 56 and the subsequent impacts on Application requirements.
Directive 60 – Flaring, Incinerating & Venting
ERCB Directive 60 provides details of ERCB requirements for upstream flaring, incinerating and venting in Alberta. The Directive that has been updated released in Draft format in January 2003. The finalized Directive has updated requirements for upstream flaring in Alberta and has several clarifications to requirements. Eclipse is completely up to date on the new guidelines for flaring and assessing sour flares, incinerating and venting gas.
Directive 19 – ERCB Compliance Assurance - Enforcement
 The updated ERCB Directive regarding self-auditing of assets and acquired assets is critical to Owner companies, as this has a direct impact on the Enforcement actions of the ERCB.
